"Our taxes were filed for 2019 by Ms. King in July of 2020. She failed to use our correct address. When this was brought to her attention she informed us she could not change it and we would have to fill out a change of address form. Our refund was mailed out by The Dept of Revenue on July 27th, to the incorrect address. Today is Sep 8, and are unable to locate the refund. Because of corona we were not allowed in the building. Ms. King finalized and submitted our taxes without a call to us to confirm we agreed the taxes were correct, nor did she ask for direct deposit information. Several messages were left at H&R Block for someone to help with this matter but no one would return the phone call. We will not be returning to H&R Block."
