"MARQ Apartments is a great place to live. It's quiet, well-kept, and the hallways and surroundings are always clean. The rent is on the pricier side, but given the amenities (rooftop terrace, gym room, secure package room, bicycle station, trash and recycling, parking), it's convenient location downtown and a great management and maintenance team, I think the price is worth it."

"This is a great place to live. I’ve been here for 3 years. It’s right next to all the downtown bars and restaurants and walking distance to Purdue. It’s a quiet community and pet friendly. I have a studio which is very spacious and the closet is huge. There are community events and a nice public patio with couches and a grill that is very popular when the weather is nice. The staff is wonderful and attentive and keep the place looking fresh and clean. I would recommend living here."

"I signed a lease to stay at MARQ for one year but learned two months before my move that my future employer passed away unexpectedly and I no longer have work in Indiana. I rent apartments for work across America and Claire accommodated my situation promptly and with grace. While I, sadly, will not be a MARQ resident this year, my experience leasing and corresponding with MARQ has exceeded all expectations notwithstanding my difficult circumstances.
