"They must be getting people to put fake reviews up here. Yes it’s better than the streets but you’re going to pay for it one way or another vehicle break-ins and other criminal elements living among you. Maintenance people are creepy, nosey, incompetent and love to try to come in your apartment for a self made “emergency” due to there incompetence. Especially the little fat one Cletus. Don’t wear a mask. Don’t care if they get your floors filthy. They don’t disclose all the information about the apartments like the ones that have problems with flooding because there’s a sump in the closet. You can’t file a complaint because they give you the run around. Who’s Lisa and how do I reach her? Changing office personnel like the seasons. I seen the other review for this place but guess what, Tami doesn’t work there any more. They all gossip and talk about the residents for the 4+ properties that they manage or own. Hampton Park Apts & homes, Sheffield Village Apartments, Sheffield Village Townhomes, Chandana Pointe Apartments etc. If you want to check out the other properties and you don’t pass the likability factor then, there’s a “long waiting list” (their buddies) and you’ll be limited to whatever property whom ever at that time is working feels like offering you. I almost forgot which shouldn’t be unusual for Porter County but they aren’t worried about having a diverse workforce of employees."
