Brookmill Courts is a community-oriented institution located at 2751 Millbrook Drive in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Lifeline Youth & Family Services, Inc. provides a variety of social services to the Brookmill Community, including The Building Blocks Preschool for children ages 3-5, The Kid’s Club for children ages 6-15, and Family Case Management to help families achieve their personal, educational, and financial goals.
