"Just moved in a few days ago and have been impressed with the property, front desk staff, and maintenance crew. The grounds and facilities are beautiful. Docking a star because when we moved in our floors were soaking wet. So wet that we are on day 3 and they are still damp. Although grateful to know the floors were cleaned, the planning part of the cleaning could have been scheduled better. You can imagine our frustration as we are trying to move things in. Also, it is a little bizarre that the bedrooms and main living room do not have installed light fixtures. Especially considering the price we are paying, you'd think a basic commodity like lighting would be included. Just another added expense to worry about after a huge expensive move. Aside from those things, I think we will really enjoy being here. I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of storage and space that we have. The apartment itself is beautiful. Would recommend to a friend."

"My husband and I really enjoy the community and have been pleased with the staff at all levels. Maintenance staff responds quickly! The complex is quiet and safe. Great amenities of the pool and workout facility! Docking one star because it is on the pricey side, but you do get what you pay for! We wish the rental rates were more negotiable."

"I have been living at Bonterra Apartments for about a month and I absolutely love my apartment. Plush carpets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, 9' ceilings, in unit washer and dryer, and neutral painted walls create a more homey feeling than other apartments I have been in. And the range of floor plans is uncomparable. I was able to pick a open floor plan 1 bedroom, and my lease manager worked with me to make sure that I was getting a view and level I would love. The staff have been amazing. From my first visit to my move in I was treated with respect, kindness, and flexibility. And the clubhouse offers a salt water pool and gym stocked with water, that I love using. The resident portal and parcel pending systems make everything super easy to handle from your phone or computer. I look forward to spending the next portion of my life here."
