"Today is October 19, 2022. I moved into Coldwater Crossing Apartments in 2014 after owning my own home for forty years. I have lived here over 8 years. I have never had any problems with management or neighbors. If maintenance has to come into your apartment for routine maintenance Jennifer always gives advance notice. Having dealt with the issues of maintaining a home and the problems and expensives involved I appreciate the timely manner in which problems are handled here. I have always been treated with respect and find that if you follow the guidelines for apartment living you will be happy here. If you don`t you won't be happy anywhere. It's that simple. No place is perfect but for me Coldwater Crossing Apartments is a perfect fit."
"I loved living here! It is a quiet and peaceful community and conveniently located next to everything. The apartments are very cozy and energy efficient. Maintenance is very fast, and will arrive within minutes of calling. Pamela is very sweet and reasonable. If there is an issue she is very willing to work with you. It is a pet friendly place and my kitties loved living here as well. I would 120% live here again! Please take the 1Star reviews here with a grain of salt. Unfortunately, human nature causes people with negative attitudes and/or behavior who experienced simple inconveniences sour grapes."
"Pamela is a kind and effective manager. Her personal tragedy never affected our tenancy. We stayed at Coldwater Crossing through several lease terms and found the community to be welcoming and safe. Current maintenance team is excellent. Fast response time and thorough repairs. The grounds are kept well, snow removal is above reproach (a big deal for me). The layout of the units is perfect for someone who has mobility issues. I had an excellent experience, and would recommend the community highly for someone seeking a no-frills, reasonably-priced rental experience. We are grateful! P.S. In response to the racist comments in the review before mine, my husband is Puerto Rican and a Spanish-speaker, and Pamela treated him like a gentleman from Day One. Unfortunate that personal responsibility isn't common anymore. Treat folks how you'd like to be treated!"
"First of all, Courtney Lincolns review about Pamela is her mother. Courtney later died because of an attack at these apartments. The crime rate is going way up. Pam, the office manager, is the single most unpleasant person I have ever met. She is a total witch. Extremely racist, especially toward Mexicans and anyone who doesn't speak perfect English. The apartments are OK but they way overcharge you when you want to leave. Supposedly the security deposit doesn't cover anything when you want to move. Maintenance is ok, but there have been a lot of staffing changes, probably because Pam is such a witch. The apartments are ok, but need updating. Of course there are the cheapest fixtures and carpeting that you can find. They filled in the pool and knocked down the carport and raised the price of laundry but have not lowered rent. There aren't any assigned parking spaces by the doors, which is extremely frustrating as people never park in the same place twice. There were drug dealers living in my building, and I would hear footsteps in the attic all the time. Someone would come into my apartment when I wasnt home. My clocks were changed at daylight savings and food was missing from the fridge. Either someone had a key or they were coming in through the attic. Management didn't really care. There were hate crimes against two simple minded people living a two lots away from me where another resident was throwing rocks and accusing them of doing things they weren't doing. Pam didn't care. There was "no proof" that it was happening, meanwhile there was no proof that they were doing what they were accused of and she threatened to evict them. Low score because Pam is such a horror to deal with."
"Pamela the Property Manager is extremely helpful and always pleasant to be around, every time you walk into her office she greets you with a smile! Even though the apartments are not new looking like some around town, it's a great location and the inside is spacious definitely for the price!"
