"These apartments have gone downhill. I know a few people that live here now and they have appliances that have needed to be fixed for months now. They also have leases that needed to be renewed months ago and haven't heard anything from the leasing office about anything. Winter months are here and their heat Is barely working. Maintenance and leasing office staff nowhere to be found with no responses to tenants emails for maintenance request and other matters. So basically everyone staying there are on month to month "contracts" and will probably be told they have to vacate the premises at the last minute. Be very careful about choosing to rent at this apartment community. Seems they'll be doing away with this apartment community soon or something."
