"the people in the office be scamming people because when i apply to these apartment they keep losing my paper work and it the lady that works in there that told me she can move people in for 40 dollars and that what she was doing was against the policy.... they be scamming for real"
"Way too pricey but decent looking."
"The apartments rehabilitation was very cheap the office manager does not act in a timely manner and nothing is tooken seriously here the cameras or just for play so many shootings and nothing ever is seen so many break ins security only comes during the day maybe once a month vents air conditioner dryer vents aren't properly cared for loose wires where the kids play and retaliation if you report issues to corporate"
"Today was my first bad experience since living here. (2 years) Very rude and unprofessional workers. I feel like if you have something to say about me, then say it directly to me, but to discuss me as soon as I walk out and think that I can't hear you is super disrespectful. I received nasty looks as soon as I walked in. I sat where I was told to sit to fill out paper work. Where I have always sat and have been asked to sit. So if anyone should have removed themselves, it should have been the two workers. But to talk down on me was not needed. I have never been rude to anyone there ever and I always speak. I spoke to the property manager Lisa Berry as well, and she just gave me a side eye. I guess I don't understand the rudeness, disrespectful comments about clients in the lobby like that. Just complete nastiness!!! I just think the way some of them are moving is not professional. I keep to myself and don't have many complaints, but to go into the office, a place of business and be treated like that is super disappointing."
