"Three ppl died with in this month. A tree fell like 3mths ago and it’s still there . They don’t keep the apartment building doors locked that’s how a resident died because the building door was unlocked allowing her apartment it get broken into and end with her losing her life jus this past Saturday 09-16-2023 . They need to be sued . Kids killing kids and still no real security . They need to be shut it down"

"I've never had such problems in my life as I've had here. Someone broke my car window on New Year's. They steal packages that are delivered to your home. Day or night, it doesn't matter. They are that bold. I've been here a little over a year. I'm ready to get out of here. The mailboxes were broken into, and now they said they will not pay to get them fixed. They expect us to go to the Post Office 2x's a week to pick up our mail, and the mail might not even be there. There's more crime here than I care to know about. It's sad that a person is pushed to live this way, because they don't want people who receive Section 8 in the better neighborhoods, and it's ridiculous. Stay away from these places. I don't know why the old apartment name is still popping up, it's now called the Cavalier Court apartments."

"If I could give this place negative stars on here I would. I lived here back in the 80’s and 90’s, it was a ghetto crack slum with drive by shooting almost every day and really hasn’t changed in the 20 to 30 years. The old management and maintenance worker would sit in the office and smoke pot all day. They were quick to evict anyone who had suspicion of dealing but the maintenance man who lived on sight and smoked pot dealt it himself. The city should really try and clean this place up."

"It doesn't look anything like the picture, this eas the worst decision I ever made!! Drug dealers living next door, loud car music , breake ins all the time... Police are called nightly, the most racist people I've even ment. A bunch of black boys attacked my daughter only because she is white!! Parents must store teaching children hate or it will never stop... DON'T MOVE HERE!!!"

"My daughter moved over there. She been there a week with no refridgarator they told us they was gone swap it out ...its been a week now ..i really feel like they are giving her the run around.. she has a one year old child she needs to b able to have food in the apartment...this issue needs to be addressed"
