"Don't believe nothing that's on here the management sucks over priced apts poor maintenance and only cater to Mexicans even have soccer goals for the Mexicans they charge $850-$900 for 1 bedroom washer and dryers are broke this place is pathetic the worst apartments I ever stayed in oh yeah and there's mice and rodents too so if u like bed bugs this is the place for u enjoy!"

"Yes, I tried calling the number stated for the apartmens, twice. They hung up on me. I just asked for pricing and availability. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone They were rude. Could barely speak English and when you try to call the office you get a call center. How messed up. I have never in my life encountered this when calling a property. Do not rent here!!"

"Horrible property management company. My sister, her kids, and mother live at the Jamestowne Apartments and the condition of the unit is abhorrent. Black mold growing everywhere, ceiling and floor caving in, sewage coming up through the carpet, and electrical wiring issues. My sister and mom have been trying to get the landlord to fix for months and nothing has been done to address these health and safety issues despite the Health Department's involvement now. Everyone in the townhome is now sick with a respiratory infection made worse by the mold. I have contacted a lawyer at this point and am praying to God we can get them out of there as soon as possible as I am really worried about my family's safety now!"

"Jamestowne is an awesome community! Nice and quite! I’ve lived in several apartments over the years they are very well kept and nice. Property management is beyond awesome! Kudos to them and everything that ive seen them do. I’d say In the past three years I’ve seen tremendous turn arounds in this neighborhood! Maintenance and property management are doing a wonderful job! Keep up the good jobs guys."

"I have been living out here now for 3 years and have had no problems. The maintenance and staff are wonderful! The grounds are well kept and we have onsite security which is nice because it gives me peace of mind!"
