Pangea Vineyards Apartments

"Been living here for 3yrs and I have no complaints honestly. The leasing office, maintenance services, my apartment and complex is great. I am so grateful for having finally found a place I can call peaceful home. Thanks so much from Ceo all the way down to the maintenance crew for a awesome experience each time I have had to encounter you. I definitely give Pangea Vineyard a 10/10 Would strongly recommend. "A pipe burst in my apartment soaking almost everything I owned. Several pieces of furniture were destroyed. I called the "emergency line" and no one answered or returned my voicemail message. I had to wait until the next morning to get a hold of anyone. I had to drive almost 2 hours to stay with a friend because the place was uninhabitable. They did set me up in another apartment the next day. They never offered to dry all my belongings or help me move my things to another apartment. They took no responsibility for what happened and didn't even offer me a discount on rent for the inconvenience. Then, since I had to move into a new apartment, they tried to force me to sign another year long lease even though I only had 2 months remaining on my current lease. They said if I didn't sign a new lease then I would have 30 days to move out. I only wanted to finish out my current lease, so a new lease was not an option. After several extremely stressful weeks of fighting to get them to allow me to finish my lease, they did finally allow me to move out when I was supposed to. Staying at Pangea Vineyards was the worst experience of my life."

"I Just recently move here and I been having the worse experience! First my light went out for 2 days! Now i don’t have hot water for almost a whole week ! This is ridiculous !!! Plus on top of that the rent is ridiculously high!"

"Great place, awesome staff the leasing agent Maria and the property manager Crystal were so helpful and made me and my girlfriend feel at home already. Although we weren’t able to rent because there is no washer and dryer connections in the apartments and, that’s what we were looking for. But, besides that I would recommend these apartments to anyone great community, great service, great staff. If I could rate 10 stars I would"
