"I know someone who lived there for two years. Upon move-in, he informed them of a problem with the bathroom exhaust fan. Even with reminders, they never fixed it, which caused chipped paint on ceiling from steam in shower. No one ever answers the phone when you call the office. And most times won't return calls either. They generally close about 30 mins before they are supposed to close for the day. Health risk outdoors as we have seen a number of the men tenants urinating in the parking lot right by the playground area. They don't even try to hide what they are doing. Due to a fight from neighbors, window was shot through in middle of night. Took almost 2 months before they had the window changed. And they never came to plaster the hole from where the bullet went through into the bathroom."

"Horrible place my parents have been here for 5 years and it was good at first ,after about 2 years things started going left.maintenance takes forever or pick and chose who they want to come to. ROACHES have started to appear because of a lot of new movers and loud all the time because everybody door is facing each other they come and spray SOMETIMES when they feel like it and the bugs still appear. Apartments are also small and way to expensive for the quality !!!also don’t get me started office staff has always looked at you like something is wrong they never have a smile on their face and when u walk in they look irritated new management and the old management. Also parking is a huge issue here i feel like if i live Here i should be able to park your name has to be on the lease as the main lease holder not even consigner can park u have to go way in the back of u want to park"

"Harrison point apt is the best and safes place to live with your love ones. Very amazing staff always looking to help in any way possible they are very respectful staff and the maintenance team never fails you have any issues with your unit they will figure it out and get the job done. I enjoy my staying here. Thank you guys for being such amazing people..!!"

"If I could rate 0 stars I would. This place is a joke. Staff is rude and inconsiderate. Corporate won’t even answer your calls or emails (so who are you supposed to rely on???) I stayed here for a year, my lease ended September 2021, and I did not renew for many reasons. I waited a month for my deposit to come and it never came. I called the office and they constantly turned me away telling me “it would come”. Never did. I kept calling to get updates on my deposit and just get turned away. I was told my deposit was sent out mid- October, but when I had called they kept telling me “it would get sent out soon??” I called again then was told “probably lost in mail”. I kept pushing and was told corporate would sent out a new check, I kept trying to get updates to avoid any misunderstandings, and was told my check would take from 30-60 days to arrive??!! We are now in the month of December and I haven’t had a clear response. It’s absolutely ridiculous I have to be asking and asking about my deposit. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! And I am still waiting for a manager or corporate to contact me."
