"To me these are the worst apartments ever. The management is disgraceful liers and avoided my rights/concerns for the last few years. It came to the point I felt for my children and I safety more than ever this past year. Unfortunately the apartments has gone down hill in the last few years. I should know I lived over there for over 20 years and just had the worst treatment ever this last couple of years. Which inspired me to work on a book about my life over there and the mistreatment of power/authority. May the MOST HIGH GOD show up to these apartments and save the souls the wicked before it's too late that's for sure."

"DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! The maintenance is HORRIBLE!! The office never answers the phone!!! I’ve been living here since 2016 and this has been a nightmare! Earlier this year almost half of my home had to be rebuilt due to a very large and dangerous amount of MOLD being found. They were rude about the situation like I put the mold there. I had to actually call the health department just to get help! Instead of moving me & my 4 kids into a better unit, they threw us in a hotel room for two weeks. My family is still in this horrible apartment, now we’ve been sitting here for three days with no HEAT 4 days before Christmas!! I’ve called and the fire department has called the emergency maintenance line to get my furnace looked at because I have a gas leak and was told not to turn my heat on until they fix it. These people DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR RESIDENTS!! I have 4 kids in a two bed room right now!! They are rude and argumentative when you address issues with them and they treat you very differently when you have to go over their heads to get help. Do not move here!!"

"When I applied here I was told 30% of my income. Went in today and they told me it's 60% of my income. They tried to charge me $25 more than that. Then on my way home they called me and said it's another $30 on top of that. If you are white please DO NOT go here. I hope and pray they do not do this to someone else. At the time you apply you also have to pay a holding fee on top of the application fees. Please be careful. Save your money and the headache if you are white. UPDATE: just spoke with customer relations like the response to this post and they told me I have to deal with this location for my issue. THIS LOCATION IS THE ISSUE! Again I reintegrate, DON'T GO HERE IF YOU ARE WHITE! Do not call customer relations because you are wasting your time!!!!"

"They do not answer the phone. I was told to come and pick up an application without an appointment. Their sign says that they open on Tuesdays at 1pm. It is 1:08pm and no one is answering the phone or the ring door bell. Buyer beware. It is better to be house poor than to deal with a company that treats potential residents in this manner."
