"Went to go look at the apartments with my roommate a few days ago. Staff was really nice and so were the location amenities. That is sadly the only two good things about this place. First location we looked at had dead roaches in the corner and one in the middle of the bedroom. The lady showing us the places said the place had been empty for quite a while. Seems strange that it's the one you showed us. Roofs all over the property were broken and falling off. There we numerous potholes and broken windows. Sidewalks were cracked and nearly gravel in some places. The dog park they boast is no bigger 20x20 ft. Buildings also looked empty. There were signs of bugs in every place they showed us. Would not recommend as of now."

"Please do not move into these apartments! I am currently living here and have gone a week without a working fridge. This is the second time this has happened and the first time I was constantly getting food poisoning from the fridge going out and my dog as well. The apartments don’t care and trying to take legal action doesn’t work because they don’t care either. Just save yourself the headache and move somewhere else. Update: I’ve seen they’ve responded and I would be understanding and forgiving if it weren’t for the fact that the number still isn’t to the apartments superiors. Why is the number provided the same number to the main office to the same two women that refused me service. These apartments won’t even give out their superiors number. When I asked they said that they would give me a call within 24 hours and that I couldn’t have the number. Never received a call. DO NOT MOVE IN THESE APARTMENTS!"

"I had a chance to view several of their Apartments recently. They are all quite nice and in good condition. They have a lovely main office / clubhouse. The staff was friendly and easy to get hold of. For all that you get I thought their prices were below the current market value. I just happened to get lucky and find something a lot cheaper that fit my budget."
