"The office staff is trash. Barely answers the phone and they don’t properly communicate. I got accepted into a unit and then when I asked to tour the property they told me nothing was available. They automatically charged my card for the administration fee and still NEVER let me see my unit or even a model of one. I emailed her to let me know when something was available and she never emailed back. I called, no answers. Went there during office hours, sign on the door that said they were out of the office. After the headache of this place I found a new place and called them to tell them about my experience and to try and get the administration fee back and they told me the only way I would get it is if I was denied.. I was denied, denied access to even see a place that they wanted me to sign a lease on. I only wanted to move here because I knew someone who just moved in 4 months before I applied, but now she’s even having problems with them and their poor communication so I’m so happy I won’t be living here. ALSO NOTICE how most positive reviews are all 4 months ago"

"I just want to say the office staff that is there currently has made so much of a difference. I have leased with this company before the name was changed and had a terrible experience, especially when it came to the staff. But this go around if it wasn’t for the staff I wouldn’t have leased here again! Gloria and Charles were so helpful, sweet and informative. They stayed in contact with me about all of my concerns in a timely manner which was very important to me! I loved Roger as well! I will recommend the life at Harrison trails to all my loved ones!"

"My experience with these apartments is Always good. I love how the staff is very nice and takes time to answer and act when their is a problem or issue. I'm especially please with the Maintenance one in particular Lavaughn, he goes by Man he is quick to get the job done without complaint. Kudo's to you guys."

"Honestly, my experience signing a lease and being a resident has been great so far. Maintenance has been incredibly timely and office staff has been easy to work with. I’ve lived here for about 9 months now, and though I’m unsure if I’m going to extend my lease due to personal circumstances, I would absolutely be happy to continue living in this community. Edit: I’m getting ready to move out and I wanted to double check and make sure I left these folks a good review - other people’s complaints have been nothing like what I’ve experienced. At the end of the day, it is a complex with multiple people from a lot different backgrounds - sometimes someone will drive through the neighborhood playing music too loud at night, but in my area of the neighborhood this has never been a continuing issue. I constantly see maintenance zipping around the complex in their golf carts going into various buildings around the neighborhood. I would also say that Charles at the front office was easy to work with and made any interaction with the leasing company simple."

"I currently live here my lease is over next month thankfully. These are by far the worst apartments I've lived in. Since February I have been attempting to get the SAME THINGS fixed that are currently still a problem. If you're looking for decent management and a well run maintenance team these ARE NOT I repeat ARE NOT the apartments for You. Although quiet the office is poorly ran. They've had new management for a couple months but seems to be going in the same direction that it was going with the old management. There's nails holding my door frame together, my carpet came up from me vacuuming I had to replace the da*m vacuum. The office is almost pointless they never answer the phone or get anything done that needs to be done. Completely careless about residents. These are not worthy apartments."
