Pando Aspen Grove of Community Heights Apartments

"This establishment does a subpar job at maintaining this property. Nearly all the washers and dryers are broken one way or another. There is no on-site maintenance team what so ever. Flooding coming from somewhere above ceilings leaking directly on to the stove top are ignored by office staff. Air conditioners not working for some tenants almost all summer. Ignored by office staff as well. The ladies in the leasing office are primarily concerned only with collecting a paycheck and secondary concerns if at all are the actual maintaining of the apartments. I believe that the staff needs replaced with people who are actually in a mindset toward excelling the tenants instead of counterproductive their existence. Also there are homeless people attempting to reside in the laundry rooms and noone even cares."
