This was the best experience I have ever had out of my 15 years of living in Pangea Vista Apartments big shout out to you Julio you rock I love my new bathroom thank you so much Pangea Vista rocks I love the management team the maintenance crew and my apartment thank you so much you are valued."

"I stayed at Pangea Vistas for 9 years. I had to leave this property due to the growing crime and the unprofessional staff. I did have a month to month lease, but in May, they had raised my rent from $750 to 1350 in one month and neglected to notify me about the increase. I tried to contact the property manager by email about the increase, but she never replied back. On top of that there are rodents inside the walls. A rat fell through my downstairs bathroom ceiling. My father had to come and kill it. They said it was my fault even though i showed the pictures of the damage of what the rat did to the ceiling. They just said to contact maintenance and I did, but no one came. I had to take out a personal loan to move and now I'm in financial hardship because they hide behind Indiana landlord laws to justify their shady business practices."

"My refrigerator has been acting funny and I called to have it serviced and I’m satisfied with the work the the maintenance man is so rude. He yelled hey look pay attention to me. I’m grown and I don’t like to be yelled at."

"I stayed in this apartment for almost a year, they took my deposit and I tried asking for it they don't pick up the phone, the block the account that I have on their website, yet for not least my sister car get stolen right after a tree falls on the vehicle and crack the windshield."
