Stratford Place Apartments

"I lived here for 6 years moved out Jan of 2024 there has been multiple management in and out of these apartment the property people are very rude and disrespectful they are never in the office they don’t respond to emails never answer the phone. I got sick on Jan 5 ,2024 with the flu and pneumonia and was not able to work I informed them about it and even sent them my doctor statements as well as telling them I wasn’t renewing my lease a day later I was given a notice that I had 3 days to pay or vacate they property so I moved then I go on the portal and they charged me over $600 for things they claim need to be fix only thing I was wrong for was leaving trash that was bagged up in the apartment they have drug activity going on out there theirs never a place to park due to visitors parking where they shouldn’t you report nothing is done about it they have a lot of shooting going on out there now it was perfect when I first moved out there I’m 2018 I was also told it was based off income well my daughter moved out and they was still adding in her ssi payments even after I told them she was no longer living there and they raised my rent $60 dollars more not knowing if I was able to pay that the maintenance never fix things within the proper timeframe they come in your apartment without notice at times never did any touch ups im my apartment or anything. This is not a good place to rent from."

"I been here going on four years now. The only negative I have is children tearing up the fence but hey kids going to be kids. Office do repair it once they see it. Grounds are always kept up , they even have grounds guy walking Saturdays!! George is very professional and handle and situation promptly. Suggestion is I think renewals with good inspection should come with blinds replacement or free carpet cleaning. Thanks Stratford for keeping the property nice!!!"

"I have been living here for six years now and I have seen more property managers go in and out, we had problems with management stealing money from tenants. Management moves all her family members in. Just this past month I have been dealing with mice. The office refuses to cover the holes where they are coming in at. The health department was called because the mold and mice.do not rent here"

"I moved out March 1. Here it is middle of May and I’m just now receiving my deposit. The office staff is rude. Once I did finally receive my deposit they charge me $120 for “deep cleaning” and said they charge all of their tenets this. This was not in my lease. I’ve been trying to get a hold of higher management with no luck. The inside of the apartments are nice however. Never had any issues outside of management."

"I'm moving out April 1st,2017. I loved the apartment at first also Hannah was great. Now I have mold in multiple rooms as well as on window sills. I was told by maintenance to clean the mold with bleach they also painted over mold in my 2nd bathroom. One night my furnace went out and I have 7 kids the guy who came out told me he was sure we won't freeze and to cuddle up with blankets! This time I sent Nicole an email and it was fixed right away. Since Nicole has been there I've had to call multiple times to get maintenance out. My dishwasher went out and it took months to get a new one and when they finally got it I came home to it just sitting there,not installed nothing,mind you the day before they turned my water off to stop a leak until the next day so you can imagine how pissed I was. She did send him back out to complete the job. My main issue has been the mold. I've been living here since October of 2015. My sink is still leaking in the kitchen as well as my 2nd bathroom which is an ongoing issue but my main problem is the mold,my boys room smells horrible because of it."
