"Follow up review. There is a new Director of Operations, Mr. Barrow. He was very communicative and helpful with me as a tenant. This property has potential if he can keep leading. He shows willingness to work with tenants and has stepped up in a very big way with management."

"I cannot say enough great things about Butler Place and its management. First, their duty and service to Indianapolis's homeless population is unmatched. They offer free room and board to those who are less fortunate - truly charitable. Next, the management really take their time to ensure everything is perfect when you submit a maintenance request. For example, I have had multiple outstanding maintenance requests since I moved in (in August), but I know when they do come, the parts and service will be perfect! If you're looking for a safe and well kept apartment, with a very communicative management group. Middle Town Properties and their associates are for you! If you don't believe me, check their reviews in Muncie - a lot of buzz :)"

"Reconsider moving here. I know we will be moving as soon as our lease is up. We've had to call the police several times over the past few weeks because of some tenants. We pay for a gated lot. The gate has not worked for several months. My catalytic convert was stolen August 1st. There have been several cars that park in the lot at night then leave when they've seen me. Like the previous comment pointed out there has been no lawn service. Maintenance requests go unanswered. All the tenants here rate 5 stars plus. All of us simply want accountability from Reverie for the rent and extra payments we give them."

"I feel obligated to write this review as a warning to anyone considering moving into Butler Place. Do not. There's basically no management, the building is falling apart, and there's an active rent strike happening over the conditions multiple tenants have experienced. (Black mold, major structural damage, broken windows) This building is a beautiful piece of Indianapolis' history but it's not being maintained well and it's a shame that it went so downhill."
