Fire alarms going off all throughout the night on a monthly basis, as the fire safety system here has many errors! (Much more effective than an alarm clock! You can’t miss work if you never slept in the first place!) Learning skills such as plumbing and drywalling, since maintenance won’t respond to requests or actually fix the problem. Not doing your laundry, as the washers are usually out of service and the dryers do not actually dry your clothes. (No in unit hookups in most units) Entry without Notice (We love visitors!) Little to no reinforcement of resident specific parking (so your guests can park in the private lots and not worry about anything!) And much, much, more! "The best apartments EVER. I’ve been here for a little over a year, and I have no complaints. Very quiet, friendly neighbors, easy communication. Lots of natural lighting, pretty affordable, the maintenance is really fast. I have a studio apartment and it provides me with a perfect amount of space. They also have elevators so it’s easy to carry groceries. It’s a really great place to live. Highly highly recommend."
