"Horrible !!!!!!!!!!!!! Shootings.. daily.. trash everywhere no maintenance . No management. That will help you customer service sucks from the manager down to Assistant manager The Worst of worst ppl live here... Over 200 units empty some ppl live here with boards to there window.. staff is rude . Only one maintenance man that can only do so much .. some units maintenance will not even go into for being extremely nasty .. this place ain't for the weak and if u have teenagers don't move here because they will be victims our might just turn to criminals hanging with the wrong crowd .. and keep to urself"

"You get what you pay for out here. Rent is cheap but the maintenance team is horrible and the office staff are pretty nice but they can't seem to keep the same staff .I've lived here almost 2 years and every time I go in the office (not often at all) there's a new person there. I put in a maintenance request 3 weeks ago for a simple lock change and still haven't heard anything from them. I've called to inquire about my request and still nothing. From the bad, foul mouthed kids that run around and causes caos to the gun shots you hear every other night I can for sure say you aren't paying for peace of mind out here."

"The office and maintenance staff have always been amazing to me. They are always polite and get things done quickly. I've never had any issue with bugs or rodents the entire time I've lived here, although pest control is provided monthly if needed. It is public housing, but the interior of the apartments have been redone quite nice. The grounds are kept immaculate, thanks to the maintenance guys (and woman) I see out every day picking up trash, pulling weeds, cleaning dumpster areas et cetera. These people work hard and it is sad to see so much garbage being thrown about after hours and on weekends. Beechwood is definitely not in the safest or quietest area of town, but it isn't a bad choice for those with low income needing the subsidised rent to help them out."

"They are infested with mice! It is totally disqusting! I live a nightmare daily battling these filthy rodents. But it is public housing So be careful what you say They may single you out for harassment & have you evicted for any violation. Also do not be a victim of violence here it will get you put out. A trap...its crazy fr."
