"I leaving at the end of the month. They are terrible! Nothing works, ghetto as all get out, and just not what they seem to be. PLEASE heed my advice. This is not the place for you if you want something nice and they have the audacity to move the rent up from $900 to $1100 and the places they have are terrible. Their in it for the money not for the people. They let anyone and their parrot live here. All you need is the money and your good. Live somewhere else. Downtown, Fishers, Carmel."

"if you are thinking about living here, run. when we moved in we not only got assigned a different unit and had our move in date pushed back, but the place was repulsive upon move-in. There were holes in screens, years of caked dirt everywhere, broken doors, paint all over mirrors/counters/etc from a terrible paint job, - it was a nightmare. Throughout our lease we had numerous power outages, almost two months with no hot water because they wouldn't fix our hot water heater, and significant BLACK MOLD due to pipes leaking from the water heater. Mold that caused significant respiratory problems for all of us- and management wouldn't do anything. Standing water, clogged drains, awful smells from the start- just to name a few. This complex is dirty, disgusting, and gross. Not to mention incredibly poorly insulated- we'd have our doors shut and locked and heat and snow and rain would fly in. The management is nice but they are either unaware of the product they are selling or have incredibly low standards. I wouldn't even call this complex habitable. Do your research- don't make the same mistake we did. And management seemed surprised that we wanted to move out after a year- as if anyone would want to stay longer than that! If any sort of city inspectors looked into this place they'd have it shut down immediately. My advice- don't live here unless it's out of absolute necessity."

"HEAD MY WARNING! My girlfriend and I, decided to start the process of moving into Castleton Manor. They called us the MORNING we were supposed to move in, saying they found ROACHES in the Unit. They provided us with two options from there, a full refund of deposit, or we could still move in and they would treat them. Obviously we chose the refund and found a more affordable/Professional place. Please don’t move here. The most unprofessional experience ever. PS: they pushed our move-in date back 3 times, so I assume they knew about this issue way sooner."

"The floor plans are great. But the apartments are trash. I pay so much for my 3 bedroom townhouse and cannot get nothing fixed. My toilet been clogged for 7 months. Yes I have two more that still is no reason to not unclog a toilet. They don't come fix nothing I put in so many work orders and not one of them has been taken care of. They make sure you give them the rent though and that's it. The leasing agent are rude and disrespectful and when you be rude back they want you to calm down. You have to give respect to earn it. SAY YOUR TIME AND MONEY DON'T MOVE IN .. YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! May 31st not coming fast enough."
