"I absolutely love my apartment. I don't have very many maintenance issues, because I made sure they were handled early on. Minor things I handle myself, like some loose screws or a clogged toilet). The staff is Phenomenal, and super HELPFUL (at least my personal encounters). As long as things stay SAFE and AFFORDABLE, I'm here for the duration. I highly recommend our community."

"I’ve been living here since 2019 and I can’t say anything good about this property. They can never keep any staff, the buildings are always nasty nothing never gets fixed, it’s just not a great place to live. They don’t offer you carpet cleaning or even new blinds if you sign a New lease. I’ve seen so many staff members come and go I’ve lost count. The amount of money they charge for these apartments is not worth it. It’s not kid friendly or elderly friendly either. Because of my personal life situation I’ve been forced to stay here. This is definitely my last year here."

"Lazy, incompetent staff. Nobody is EVER in the office. The place is falling apart. The leasing office will steal your mail and never let you check for you package (I recommend against having any life saving medication delivered if you value your life). And their phones are just for show. Don't rent from them unless you have absolutely no other choice."

"If you want a bed Bug infesting apartment then this is your home! When I moved in I had brand new furniture in the plastic and a I seen a bed bug coming down my wall. Then when I reported it they never sprayed for them and tried to blame it on me but everything I had was new. When it got cold I seen huge roaches coming out the the edges of my walls then they spread to my couch’s. I had company one day and when he looked at the wall a roach was headed down the wall. They don’t fix nothing with out the maintenance saying they not supposed to fix this or that. The bums go in the dumpster and put trash around these projects and the property management will charge you $30 in fees if it’s your trash just because they don’t want to clean it up it’s 950.00 a month to live in some projects with ghetto staff. You will get ignored if you ask for a copy of your lease move here at your own risk you have been warned."

"This is a nice place to live despite some things. They truly offer Spacious apartments, and quiet buildings. The block is safe. However in the three years of living here we have been through at least 5 property managers so stability and assistance is hardly here and when it is it doesn't last long. My apartment is roach infested along with a few other apartments. We only have one dumpster per building so if you don't catch it early on then it's usually full. Maintenance is up and down seeing as though we can't keep help. And the building janitor is really clean but at times can make ppl and/or their guest feel really uncomfortable with the security antics, the staring, and following she often does. The first year here was perfect despite the pest...the second year started to decline but this last year have been the worst. They are allowing anyone in the building and every since then; My car have been tampered with and now stolen out the parking lot, packages have been stolen from in front of my door etc..we have cameras surrounding the building but when they are needed we are told they don't work etc. And lastly there isn't anywhere for children to play on the property or for residents to barbecue or hang. I am finally looking to move out these apartments but definitely wish them the best. With a little more stability and a few minor corrections stonegate will be 5 stars."
