"Terrible management (most of our clothes were stolen out of the dryer in the laundry room and management hasn't even acknowledged us about it, and we lost total electricity in just our apartment, took three days for him to get a tripped breaker fixed.) Dirty (place smells like cigarettes and there is possibly dried blood that's been on 2 sets of staircases for months.) Terrible neighbors (2 loads of our clothes were stolen by other residents, constantly hearing screaming and fighting.) Price per month constantly being changed. Whatever you do, DON'T move into this place. Wish somebody would've warned us."

"Great residents and great people met alot of new people here on my first week .. although the boilers are down they are working quickly to get them back up for the winter ... isaac is doing his best to get this place better !!!"

"Received multiple messages to schedule An appointment for today 07/22/2023. I was woke up this morning by a text message asking me to confirm today's appointment. I confirmed it. Literally thirty minutes before my appointment I was told they do not do Saturday appointments. I dodged a true bullet. Thank you."

"I applied, no one got back with me. I was told initially to apply and I could have my choice of 3 apartments and my 3 pets were welcome. I called their main office and was told I had been accepted and the reason no one had gotten back with me was because the person handling these leases had quit the company without giving any notice. Again, no one gets back with me. So I call, and am told only 2 pets can be accepted. I decide to leave my cat with her current Godmother. I let them know I now only have 2 dogs which is their stated limit. I was given a contact name who set up a showing for me at this property. I have a one hour drive, and 15 minutes prior to the showing while I was almost there, sitting in traffic on 465, it was canceled. She didnt have the key to the apartment. After asking them if they were giving me the blowoff (because this incompetence to me is unbelievable and I figure there must be a reason) I am assured this is not the case. We decide to reschedule. No one gets back with me."

"New little place maintenance could be better moves in December and my sink has a really slow drain I put a request in for that an heard nothing also I was missing a light under my cabinet to shine on my sink minor thing but other than that it’s fair"
