"Horrible building, worse managers"
"My grandmother lives here and it is roach infested as well as gang tagged. She and her neighbors went over 2 weeks without hot water in the fall. They do not respond to any of her maintenance requests and the neighbors said the same. A homeless man sleeps in the lobby whom is the son of a tenant. Avoid this place at all costs. My grandmother has lived here for over 6 years and will be moving out due to the new management. Andrea (property manager)is posting 5 star reviews on this property all while taking advantage of low income elderly and youths and does not care about the well being of anyone that relies on her and the promised services that come with renting anywhere. Posting under a friends account due to them taking down numerous negative reviews and taking things out on tenants. Please protect yourself and do not live in this facility."
"If you are thinking of moving here DO NOT. The apartments are roach infested and they will not do anything about it, and when you complain they will force you to leave."
