"The guard at the gate for Phoenix 2 in Orange Beach said I was lying about trying to get a parking pass . I had tried twice with no one at the counter. He was arrogant and rude. Not a good reflection on this service or the condo. I am a retired firefighter paramedic, I understand summer tourist issues, but his behavior was not appropriate. And to be clear, I had a retired naval commander, a retired postmaster, and a judicial assistant in the vehicle with me who witnessed this behavior."
