"I was helping my daughter set up her first appointment, and she had the phone on speaker so I could help. She was so nice! She recommended she come in before the appointment to fill out new patient paperwork, and we had time same day, so we went in. The ladies at the desk, Anita and Julie were absolutely amazing! I've met some really rude receptionist in my time, but these two were the best!!!! I can't thank them enough for all their patience and help, and just for being kind. I'd give more stars if I could. Thanks so much for the excellent experience ladies, and keep up the good work!"
"I called this location today because I am in need of a new psychiatrist or NP to manage my meds. I was given the name of someone at this location to see by a friend. The office staff was rude and not very willing to help. They kept asking why I wanted to see the person I asked to see and why I wasn't seeing my past psychiatrist anymore. They also told me to ask my primary care physician to manage my prescriptions. Not impressed at all. Rude and very unhelpful staff that obviously doesn't care about anyone but themselves."
"The office staff is always so very kind and helpful and Summer is amazing working hard to assist me with programs to help me get the medications I need. I am also very grateful and satisfied with the service I have received by Dr. Melissa Pyatskowit, she is always so attentive and willing to listen to me and answer any questions that I have. She is a true blessing."
"As someone who has visited this clinic for years I wish I had a better review. The doctors and therapists I've seen here are wonderful, but the accessibility of the practice isn't. Last year they tried to start a policy which meant that if you missed appointments that your only option was to call for same day appointments. Very inaccessible for those who are low income or disabled. Meaning their most in need patients might not be able to get care. Most recently I've noticed that if you try to schedule through mychart or by text they just tell you to call which defeats the purpose of scheduling online. I really like this clinic but they aren't doing much in terms of accessibility."
"Hard enough to get my 12 y/o to agree to therapy. Very frustrating Hayley scheduled several appointments with him and then says she isn’t a child therapist. Why the Hell she schedule with a 12 year old then? Money grab at its finest, possibly insurance fraud. Now he is reluctant to try another therapist. My advice is no therapy is better than coming here."
