"I hate to have to write this negative review but I was thoroughly disappointed with my last visit & felt completely unvalued as a customer. 1. Dr Flor is great. She's thorough, kind & has a genuine interest in your well-being. 2. As another user stated, some staff can be snippy, curt & in one case the guy selling the glasses can give an irritated vibe. He is knowledgeable but creates an unpleasant experience when his patience runs thin & the annoyance rises. I feel like he could be kinder, more patient & welcoming. 3. Pricing transparency-there are incentives for these folks to sell frames, lenses, lens protection program, add'l options etc. They do have the autonomy to adjust price. That experience allows for a used car sales feel, if you ask me. Get a quote from them, get your prescription and SHOP AROUND. You can always come back & purchase from them but you'll be able to see overall & competing values/sales experiences. Theres nothing great about lense or frame quality (although if you object to price, they discuss how their lenses/coatings/etc are superior to justify price). I did not get a receipt for my rather pricey purchase... that, again, made me feel like there was less transparency than there should have been. Overall, I feel like you have to ask questions about their products. These people are in sales, there should be a needs-based assessment to see what products are best based on need & discussing why that solution is best for the individual. That was not my experience. It felt like someone slamming pricing into my sale. 4. If you have to return for an issue, this is where you feel MUCH less valued as a customer. You're treated much differently when buying vs service work. There's much less patience & kindness in this process. I've come here for years & despite having moved up north, I continued to visit. I plan to follow my own advice IF there are future visits. In an economy where value is king, prices are rising & your company is charging premium prices...a premium customer experience should match. I've referred several people to this office...my last referral wasnt overly impressed with the sales process either. I would love to refer more friends & family but instead I find myself asking friends for referrals & sharing why I'm considering a new office."

"Dr. Shah is great! She's very thorough in examinations. The staff is friendly. The only issue is the pricing. Frames are not clearly marked and until you get to the desk you have no idea how budget."
"It only took 1 week to get my new glasses. Last year another doctor had to pay a co-pay of 848$.00 Here at mydr. It was only $641.00 They fit better too! So I liked this location and Dr. Shah She was kind, professional, and I had a good vibe listening to her. So yeah I think if you need a eye doctor go there. I have no issues about the location nor cleanliness or professionalism."
"The folks that work here are absolutely the best, they are so friendly and helpful. Really want to give Jessica a shout out for all her help yesterday. I just purchased a new pair of glasses about 2-3 weeks ago, went on a 4 day long weekend and they just did not work for me. Jessica took the time and helped me pick out a much better frame and fit me and looks so much better on me and my face shape. Believe me I tried a few and she was very "politely" honest with me, which I appreciate. Looking forward to getting them in very soon. Anyway, if you're looking for a place, please check them out they will not disappoint!"
