"Excellent attorney, when it got scary Stewart Hanley took the lead. Thank you for all of your hard work and dedication."
"Professional, easy to talk to, communicates pretty well, and Stewart Hanley has the passion of someone who wants to win his cases for you."
"One star only because it is the least I could give. Attorney Neil Hanley returned over $7,000.00 to my mother last July after I sent an email informing him I was going to file a report for financial abuse. He still owes $8,000+ to my mother, which he refuses to return. The remainder owed is in the form of unsigned cashier's checks payable to my mother for alimony and child support arrearage. These records are being subpoenaed from the issuing financial institution by another attorney to find out who signed these cashier's checks. My mother also sent Mr. Neil Hanley retainer and filing fees to file suit against two defendants in 2016. He did not file the suits, refused to contact my mother, but found it feasible to keep these funds. My mother is elderly. I have tried to settle this matter with Attorney Neil Hanley, with respect to his lengthy career in the legal profession. In regards to the outstanding balance he will not return, we are asking the bank who issued cashier's checks made out to Neil Hanley to send us copies of those cashier's checks which will show who signed them, also one personal check made out to Neil Hanley and two money orders, which my mother has receipts for and we have requested information regarding who cashed these as well. These are not baseless allegations, we have the proof to back these claims. I am considering all avenues available to regain these funds for my mother, who is being defrauded and financially abused by her ex-husband. Attorney Neil Hanley has taken advantage of a vulnerable person. Consider this review before using this attorney. This is an honest review with evidence to substantiate."
"Excellent Attorney!"
