"It was good experience. Dr Swali is very caring , thorough, knowledgeable and pays attention to little details. Nurse was really good as well, did not even feel the poke when blood was drawn. They were quick and efficient. I think front desk was short staffed that day. But overall it was good experience. I will go back."

"From start to finish this office was absolutely horrible to deal with. They had me arrive 25 minutes early and the gentleman at the front desk was rude and then had me waiting forever to get pulled back. Really no reason to arrive that much earlier than my baby’s appointment. Then when we got pulled back instead of checking my baby’s vitals and ears they decided to jump straight into looking at her throat which is the reason why we were there but that caused her to cry hysterically so they couldn’t even check her ears or anything to be sure she wasn’t developing an ear infection. Then it took 10-20 minutes for the physician to come back into the room just to tell me they were sending a script to the pharmacy. At that point my baby was crying even harder so I was on my way out the door. Fast forward to an hour or two later my spouse called the office to be sure they sent a script over for antibiotics because she heard nothing from the pharmacy about it being ready and Tammy couldn’t even tell her if it had been sent or not and kept saying “I’ve sent a message to someone and I will call you back”. Mind you this was at 4:30 on a Friday and we HAD to start our girl on the antibiotics asap. Well here it is Monday and we JUST finally got a call back. Not that it matters because this isn’t our daughters primary office and my spouse called that office after getting off the phone with the lady who doesn’t know how to properly preform her job and we got answers immediately. We will never take a same day appointment at this office ever again because every single person we encountered there was unprofessional and not helpful by any means."

"Going here has been nothing but a waste of my time and money. I’ve never received a proper diagnosis on anything that was actually correct. The doctors are uneducated and never seem to know anything. I would not recommend going here if you’re in need of actual care. This place lacks patient care and is all about money. The representatives are very rude. I will not be going here again."

"I had a great experience with this office. The front desk employees were kind and helpful. I saw Dr. Blocher-Smith who became my new favorite doctor. He went above and beyond by resolving all my health issues in one appointment and even took time to discuss other health questions I had. I highly recommend this office and Dr. Bloch-Smith. 10/10"
