"i would put a 5 star because their employee was super sweet very helpful an answered anything we needed to know! it was super easy to send my ID right over to get a code for the house an view it! we did have a little issue at first but we all figured it all out super quite an easy so the office family they have is great an respectful! we did love the place they was renting the location an my daughter could stay at her school so i was superrr excited when i found out about this property! buttttt the flaw in this is the owner has a super high standard which don’t get me wrong it’s very understandable but in order to have high standards for your potential future tenants you have to have super high standards for the property your renting out as well! no disrespect intended an what i mean by this is to even get to have a chance to rent the property you have to have a 600 credit score an if you don’t have that you have to have a co-signer that has a 700 credit score which all do respect if a person has that then you shouldn’t be renting you need to be signing a loan to get a mortgage an house to own! … so why i feel like the property it self wasn’t high standard to par with what the owner expects from the potential renter so when we walked in the back yard there is two building piled with trash an junk the back porch as well had trash an toward the side of the trailer also had some junk an trash! when you walk in the front door there is black mold growing next to the front door ( guessing maybe the door isn’t sealed as it should an moisture has collected) the carpet had a few stains but doable! the windows have gunk on them an definitely need some deep cleaning an the dish washer as well needs some cleaning with a old dishwasher soup thing inside the kitchen floor was ripped by the vent which again is doable beside the fridge was nasty ness an the bath room floor had cigarette burns alllll in the floor a lot more then just one or two! there is a dryer setting in the laundry with some type of liquid in it but even considering all of these things we was willing to clean up and do all our selfs because even with all of those problems we still loved the place an wanted it asap! till we found out about the 600 credit score when i went to go do the application online on their website in which is a little crazy to me with the shape of the rental an remind you the location is a more of a small little town it’s a struggle town not a lot of people around here have any of those offerings but all in all we was willing to go head first at getting this place because we did love it! it just sucks that the owner definitely has such a high standard for their future renters when they can’t hold a high standard of cleanliness but over all if you have the credit score then of course rent because their staff is super nice no disrespect in this review just not sure if it’s with the owners worker an maybe the owner wasn’t sure of the condition or cleanliness of the place or not!"
