"Stayed in a rental home for 2.5 years. Home needed renovations prior to living in. So the more it was lived in, the worse the floors became as well as everything else that needed repairs. But we were ok with that. Didn't need a perfect home. Although when we moved out, we were blamed for the renovations that needed done years ago. Therefore got screwed out of money, that would have went towards our kids, so good for you:)."
