"Full of mold. Was promised a year ago that it would be taken care of and they still haven't touched it. Black mold in my ceiling all over the wood around my windows. Roof is leaking but they tried to say it was condensation from ac unit. Even though we told them it was leaking in the middle of winter when ac was not being used."
