"Dr. Martin accomplished nothing. I have clicking and grinding in my shoulders and he said he doesn’t “think” it has anything to do with my shoulders even though I have two flaplike labrum tears. His recommendation was that I just stop PT because I don’t need it when I am in chronic pain and it is the only thing helping. Said he had no idea what the clicking and grinding was and didn’t even attempt to try to figure it out. I’d be surprised if he even read the MRIs. Accomplished nothing with his rushed 3 minute consultation. Just go to someone else."

"Dr Martin is an arrogant Dr! Will not admit when he is wrong! He put my knee cap on sideways and said it was ok! Now I will be having revision! I told him from word go it was wrong! IT band pain! Deal with it! It will get better with therapy! Hahah! No Mr arrogant it didn’t! His staff is not nice either! They are probably scared of him"

"After leaving multiple messages and sending faxes to Greenwood Ortho, they stopped answering my calls. Now, I have to go to their office to sort out paperwork they failed to submit on a timely manner to the insurance company causing a delay in my mother's disability and FMLA claim. I'm very disappointed with their lack of communication and professionalism."

"So Greenwood Ortho calls me last month and said they got a copy of my records, about my knee, from St. Francis. They ask which Dr. I'd like to see. I tell them the same Dr. that does my neck. She said she would the doc, she'd call me back, to set up an appointment. So today, I still haven't heard from them, so I call. The lady on the phone, who confirmed she is the one who called me, the first time, tries to convince me that she tried to call me back, but never got an answer. I said "#1 I have your number saved in my phone, its never came up. #2 I have a voice mail. She tried to tell me that my voice mail wasnt working. I tell her thats odd, cause I get messages left all the time. She then tells me that after time, they shred the papers, so I need to call my other drs. office and tell them to resend them. I said "so let me get this straight. You call me, tell me you have a copy of my records, you will call me right back, which you didnt) Now you've shredded my records and I'M supposed to call MY doctor to tell him YOU shredded my papers and THEY need to resend them? She said "I'm really sorry" Will not ever go back"
