"This is the absolute worst I have ever been treated at a doctors office. Something that wasn't even my fault, but the offices fault (i had receipts also). I could post more but I'm going to make a complaint with the state instead. Looking at the reviews on here and other websites this has been an issue since 2016. So, yeah, gonna go ahead and cancel the rescheduled first appointment."

"Former patient (changed name for privacy) of Dr. Tran for several years. Staff has always been bad with lots of turnover but got especially bad this year after loosing her manager. Guy who tookover is rude and lazy. Doesn't return calls...don't bother trying to leave message for a return call that you'll never get...or if you do, you'll be treated extremely rudely. He left a review below (Tim Axe) ... about time when he became manager.. guess he's driven so many patients out with low reviews that he thought he better put in a 5 star fake review to make up for it. Good luck getting a medicine refill before you run out! Tried to get records sent for FMLA at work 6 months ago and they ignored request causing it to get denied. Always had to wait to see doctor past appointment time ...but now wait time is at least 2-3 hours past time...then they want to charge you a fee if you're late even though you'll be sitting for two hours on your time. Don't they teach time management in medical school in first year? Couldn't they have the courtesy to call and warn you to come 2 hours late for your appt? My time is just as valuable as Dr. Trans. Wait time got even longer after Doctor Starting pushing her alternative medicine program. And of course if someone in other room is going along with it, add an hour to your wait. Have told my primary care about it and they referred me to another rheumatologist and said they would no longer refer to her. Insurance won't even cover that kind of treatment so $$ are out of pocket from the start with all kinds of testing. If you want to be treated with quack medicine, make an appointment and clear your days schedule for it! Go to the office and be treated with the most unfriendliness and unprofessional attitudes out of her staff. Only been one older lady that treats you like a person over the last year in the office. I'm used to a doctor's staff acting like they run the show...but this staff sets a new record of unhelpfulness and unprofessional attitudes. You can understand getting a bad staff member sometimes, but at this office it has always been that with everyone...that kind of behavior can only occur when it is sanctioned from the top down. The staff must get that attitude off the doctor herself and they're just following suit. And now she has a manager who instills it in all the staff. I choose to not be abused and taken advantage of anymore. I have switched to another doctor as I've already gone to the worst...so it can only get better from here!"

"I've been a patient for roughly 3 years and had been missed diagnosed and went through heavy treatments not being told of the risks. I was on a form of chemotherapy and had no idea. My average wait time per appointment was 3 hours past appointment time. I justified staying because I thought I was under good care but found out that was not the case. Office staff was mainly rude other than a few exceptions but the turn over was so high it was hard to tell. I would not recommend this place to anyone!"

"Dr. Tran is a good doctor but always have to wait at least an hour for my appointment. Also frequently have "booking issues" and need to reschedule... the office and nurses seem to be underqualified. very frustrating"
