"Place is not well maintained at all, And that’s all the time not just because work is being done. Maintenance took almost 5 months to come look at and fix issues in our apartment and still have things not working or just went back to not working. No point in putting a request in. Looks trashy, needs lot of work done not just on the insides but outside as well. Siding coming off the buildings just dangling there, stairs needs updated, etc. And all of the units are not remodeled. There was a drive by shooting and a drug bust in a months time of living here, cops were going around looking for drugs that was dropped, I was just getting home out of my car and was outside when it all happened and seen everything so I have no need to lie about such things, drug bust/arrest warrant whatever it was the cops was definitely here 15/16 of them some undercover looking for drugs, and it definitely happened. There is a lot of drug activity here, so it’s not safe in my opinion. Walls are super thin, can hear neighbors all the time yelling, banging,slamming doors. Nothing gets done about it.They do not care about the residents or if they are comfortable in their own homes.Definitely not worth the $ to live here. Pool and sun deck aren’t even an operating thing as well, and from what I’ve heard hasn’t been for years. The website is very misleading and not accurate at all. The pictures lie. Just shows the nicer part of the building where the office is and not the rest of it."

"If you enjoy drugs, gangs, gun violence, child abuse, and management that's has knowledge of it all and does nothing, this is the place for you! The only people enjoying their stay at Naveen Pine Apartments or that get timely service requests are in with management or maintenance. If you complain about something in your apartment or have an issue with one of their favorite tenants you will not get things fixed in a timely manner. Do not live there if you're wanting a peaceful night's rest or feeling safe."

"I've lived here for almost a yr now it's a nice community place. Never had any problems with staff or maintenance anytime I've needed somthing it's been done in matter of time. There's stores close for grocery shopping pharmacys are close if needed transportation bus line is close there's restaurants close to. They are making a lot of changes to the complex updating it and making it nicer. I like to thank Melissa and the rest of the staff for there kindness keep up the good work"

"Naveen Pine Apts. at first seemed like a decent place to settle and a convenient location as well. first day moving in i saw dead pest on the floor, a strange spot in the closet the bathroom was a wreck. bed room door was never on its hinges (still after ~6 mos is not). and holes in the first bedroom. i was promised a renovated apt with new appliances but was greeted with a clogging sink, a garbage disposal that hasn't worked since I've moved in. a dirty fridge i had to eventually clean out myself and a filthy stove scratched to hell. the bathroom lights were disgusting as well. but i was patient hoping itd be fixed soon after. maint took ~4 months to finally even check my unit and by then even more problems arose. the bathroom did not have the correct paint so it would bubble up and peel from the steam when using the shower. eventually the shower would become unusable since the pipes throughout all units need a complete rework. this caused water to flood into the wall cavity and start leaking out from the baseboards. also my closet ceiling and bathroom floor would become moldy from this. it was noted around a week after my move in that i noticed a strange spot in my closet (the mold). and it took about 3 and a half months for anything to be done. after living with mold for that long i started to feel sick and thats when it was finally "treated". i have not been able to use my own shower for about a month now. i asked about a new unit but was refused one. they've switched management twice within the ~6 months ive been here and the office lady Marissa Guerro has gotten increasingly more and more comfortable being a complete asshat toward me over email and text. yet face to face tries to come off as sweet. also is suspicious that she will make multiple emails to contact you through. theres about 7 different addresses i currently have from her and they seem to now be inactive. a "pet friendly" complex but my dog has been a target for management pretty soon after i moved in. the complex has dog waste bins but they are never changed by management a very nice lady who rents and owns several dogs actually does it herself. that should NOT be her responsibility. they complain about people not picking up dog waste yet dont supply waste bags for stations they have set up. i always have my own waste bags but was still blamed for others by ms. guerro. in the end i do NOT reccomend this apt complex especially if they really do plan on upping the rent from the already overpriced $815 unit Best of luck - LJ :)"
