"One of best, and oldest, friends has lived here for a long time. Over a decade. When the whole COVID-inflation hit, they raised his rent 3 or more times. He's on SSD. Sounds like extortion. But, what do I know?"

"I lived there for just about a year and a half. Over a year of this was speaks with a floor so water damaged it was actually crumbling under your feet. I went through an entire pregnancy scared to fall through a floor. When the floor was finally fixed there was no trim up (for months) holes in the wall/floor…. Slugs were coming into my home through my bathroom walls. Nails sticking out of ripped carpet (with a crawling baby) that were never fixed. Mold in every corner and every vent. Let’s not forget the time there was a bat flying through the apartment. There’s such poor communication with management. TWO different maintenance men told us they were no longer working on our unit because they were told we were being transferred. At the same time management is telling us we can’t be transferred because the issues were “easy to fix”. You can never get ahold of them and if you’re lucky enough to, you only get a partial response. I would absolutely NEVER recommend anyone moving here. One of the worst places I’ve ever lived. If I could give 0 stars I would."

"Charming little apparment I live in a one room apparment and it's a good size for one person. It's very quiet neighborhood and everyone is nice around here. It's moments away from everything you may need. They helped with me getting into my place by letting me work on paying my deposit to move in to my first place. They are very well willing to work with you on your rent as well. The new management staff is very easy to talk to. And if the person manning the office doesn't know the answer they know someone who will know and let you what day that person will be in. If I could think of one thing they could make better is when you call office do a tella prompter to put in work order so or needing to speak with someone on the office."
