"I’ve been living here for the past 10 months. I’ve had a great experience while living here from outside appearance to having maintenance help. The office staff answer the phones very kindly and ready to assist with whatever I have going on. They are helpful and understanding when I had needed to pay rent late in the past. they always worked with me with no hesitation. 10/10 recommend living here"

"I currently moved to these apartments and despite moving dates around on them they were so helpful and reasonable on getting me in early . The staff is great and I’m so glad to have moved here. They are very good at responding back to emails in a timely manner. I look forward to living here for a while."

"In the time that I lived in the complex, everything was adequate (save the rude and condescending notes they leave on resident's doors). However, be prepared for an ugly side when you move out. About a year after I initially moved in, I got a puppy, Olive. I notified the office, paid the $350 pet deposit and paid additional pet rent each month. I recently moved out. The first sign of poor behavior was when I advised the office manager that I had found a house and was going to have to move out early. They were very rude and left me apologizing despite the fact that I paid the next two months rent and a $1,650 fine for leaving my lease two months early. I am now happily in my new home but have received an itemized bill for needed repairs. There absolutely were repairs needed, I am not disputing that. I don't know anyone that can leave an apartment with no needs. Some damages were from me and some were from having a puppy. The bill I received showed that the security deposit I paid upon moving in was used to cover some costs but the pet deposit was not on the invoice. I called and left a message that the pet deposit was not utilized and that it covered the remaining amount they were asking me to pay. The office never called me back or responded. They simply sent the bill to a collections agency. I then received a call from a rude collector.I advised her the same, that the pet deposit was left off the invoice.she proceeded to call the office and was advised that the deposit was to pay for my dog to live there and nothing else. That is, first of all, not what I was told when I was asked to pay it and, I was also paying additional rent each month for my dog to live there. The world is an uncertain place and I have one income. This company will squeeze every dime out of you that they can and won't even have the decency to discuss it with you. There are better places to live. Trust me."

"I am a college student and I've been looking for housing and I went on a tour and absolutely loved the apartments, especially the new ones. This was definitely my favorite complex I visited. The managment was extremely helpful and answered all my questions completely. The complex was very clean and I felt like this is definitely a place I would feel comfortable to live. As I've visited many other apartments I have felt like they treated me poorly because I am young and they tend to believe I am not true business, but not the ladies at Hornbrook, they are wonderful! I hope to come back and make Hornbrook my new home!"

"Apartments are very spacious, grounds are kept clean, maintenance is quick to respond and does a great job, office personnel are fantastic and have no issues answering any questions you have, residents are friendly and respectful of others. Overall this is a pretty good place to live. And the location right off of I69 is awesome, especially if you work at Toyota as I do."
