"So excited to get out of this hell hole. Management sucks & are very rude. Maintenance won’t knock & will come in whenever. Will say the service request are complete but they don’t actually fix it. Have been woken up to maintenance in my house, even been in the shower while they enter. They have no regards for your safety or wellbeing. They say they “remodeled” the apartments but painted over hair and dirt, didn’t do the flooring correctly, covered a giant stain on the counter with a piece of paper when I first moved in, the cabinets have water damage so bad it looks like rats have been chewing on them, everytime swat comes the roaches from other apartments come into yours, ac box sucks so bad it barley keeps the living room at a decent temperature, neighbors are allowed to play their music so loud you can hear it 3 doors down, no above light in living room, every outlet in living room doesn’t work, the place just sucks. I would rather be homeless than live in a place like this again. If I could give them negative stars I would."

"I have not lived here but I was planning on making a long distance move to Evansville. I was speaking and working with Jamie on holding an apartment for me until I was able to move. She was outstanding with communicating with me for every step of the application and holding process and was very detailed with every step. I couldn’t be anymore thankful for her, although my move fell through she was very easy with assisting me through cancelling out my hold. I definitely recommend working with her!! She is very quick with responses and getting back with any question you have!"

"Zero stars this place needs to be shut down immediately! This place is unhealthy you will become ill living here, a disgrace the health department needs to inspect this place and demolish it! Roaches everywhere!They have no maintenance staff nothing but slum lords benefiting off people terrible terrible DO NOT BY ANY MEANS live here at all!"

"This is the worst place in town to live. They raise the rent each year, charge a $200 day one late fee. No they wont waive it even though they claim that they have for people in the past. What makes them more special than anyone else? Btw you wont get your deposit back. The laundry is always broken and when it isnt they charge you more than a store to clean your clothes. They hold competitions for lower and the winner is the same person everytime. Can give free rent but cant waive late fees or fix anything. Theres also a $100 late fee for anything that lapses. Your required to have the most espensive renters insurance, no negotiations. They say pay or be evicted. They get so excited for it. Legit slumlords. I moved in to roaches, a broken toilet, shower that had no pressure, the maintenance man stole $30, as i left it out to test the places trust. Took that then called me a dog faced liar and to call the police. No designated parking, you can park in the handicap and not be towed. The property manager Jamie is the rudest most hateful person ive met in a long time. I had brown recluses around my door about 5, they said bugs live outside, get over it. Not like they are venomous or anything. Your much better off elsewhere."

"Very much improved for parking.it Should stay kept up. No more pot Holes. Other issues are needed as well. The bushes need to be kept cut And shaped up. First impressions are lasting There should not be any automotives Not running aloud to be there.it looks Trashy.."
