"Buildings are numbered ridiculously. Maintenance is trash and so is the management. You have to pay $20 just for a key to a "gym" smaller than your living room, no club room and $10 for the pool? Absolutely ridiculous. I will never live there again. The kids are not watched and absolute bullies. There's no one watching the grounds either. There are squirrel and rodent issues as well in some apartments that haven't been taken care of yet. Yes manager, I still know several people there and you screw people over for no good. You will run yourself into a dumpster."

"Been living here for going in six months. The previous landlord was something else....nothing would get fix or if they did it was a quick repair. Under new management now the place is going under repairs and looking so.much better. They are friendly and respectful. Willing to take time to chat with you and items are getting fixed with care and grace. Wonder group of people!!!"

"I been having a squirrel infestation in bed room ceiling the whole 10 months I have lived here. Neighbors always smoking so apartment stinks sometimes, AC/ heating doesn't work that well during winter and summer, had to buy a portable AC unit for bedroom and now my complaints about the rodents in my ceiling are being ignored. I will be finding somewhere else to live. Really feel sorry for whoever gets my apartment next."

"I’ve only lived here since February 2021. The people that work here are amazing. Maintenance comes within minutes of a call. I don’t care too much for having to park across the street so other residents can have visitors. Or that they drive the wrong way in and cuss me cause I’m backing out. I moved here from another state. Haven’t gotten a very warm welcome to say the least. I have had my back door egged. Still don’t know what or why. So I installed security cameras and even had to put camera on my car. Ridiculous!!!"

"We have been living here for about 6months. The Office manager that I've dealt with is a really professional lady, but very busy. She said she works mainly at the Newburgh office, so it can be extremely difficult getting ahold of someone in the office. This was a really nice, and quiet place when we first moved in, but in the last 2 or 3 weeks I've seen more police responding to many domestic and other calls. Many if them are due to immature teenagers causing damage and/or harassing other tenants many of which did not even reside here in the complex. One apartment building in particular has had the police there on more then 6 occasions for several different reasons. There isn't anyone here managing the grounds anymore either. The hallways, and stairs are accumulating so much dirt, and other trash. We are looking to move as soon as our lease agreement has been meet. Its really a shame. We really enjoyed it here in our first couple months here, but now its as bad if not worse than Lawndale, or fair acres!"
