"Been here about 8 years has been nice! Big problem I have is being forced to get internet through the timbers! Speeds vs prices compared to what you can get from the companies around town is by far outrageous. I get about 1/2 to 1/4 the speeds for the price in comparison."

"I viewed their floor model they show, couple years ago. I thought it looked okay but it was too small for the price so I went with another apartment complex and got over 200 more square feet for a couple hundred cheaper a month, just down the street. Fast forward I know three co-workers who live in these apartments. The first couple I know live with a roommate, and the third person I know her and her boyfriend share with another couple, both in a one bedroom. I'm shocked at the amount of the people who have to share with multiple roommates in order to afford these apartments, I feel sorry they don't have much space because these are real tiny apartments. They were shocked when I told them how much I pay for my larger apartment just down the street that has cable, water and trash included in rent. The units are outdated and according to online reviews they have been outdated for several years and they still haven't rectified this. I wondered why there were so many positive reviews online and when reading thru them I've noticed the same man's name five times leaving the same 5 star review. I wondered how many more review were duplicates from friends and family of office staff. Do not sign the lease until you see your actual apartment. This is where they trap you, they come up with excuses to why they can't show it before you sign the lease and it looks nothing like the model. They're not luxury apartments by no means. Nothing is included in rent. I'm shocked at the prices for these tiny apartments with no amenities. To me a pool is not an amenity, most complexes have one, and not everyone uses the pool. There is trash all around the trash receptacle. They need someone to come empty it more often and clean up around it. There is so much trash. I was told to get out the apartments is hard. They want a three month notice which is absurd. Make sure you give your notice to vacate in writing, they will find a way to charge you an early termination fee. Don't expect your deposit back they will come up with an excuse to keep it even though they charge so many fees when you move in. I would avoid moving in here unless you want to pay for a large luxury apartment, without having a large or luxury apartment. There are many apartment complexes down Green River that are larger and cheaper. And I'm sure management is going to type the same generic response saying to contact them so they can fix the issue. It's been years and you still haven't fixed the same problems mentioned."

"It’s a great comfortable place to live! We have been here two years and the only reason it’s not 5 stars is we had to ask a couple of times before we got a new washer and dryer but other than that all good things for sure! Staff is friendly and helpful! Pretty cool how they plan things for the community!"
