"This is review for Plainfield location only. Why 1 star. Half hour wait. Ok I know it's busy time I get it. What I don't get is I was told it's policy that only patient can go back not wife or a husband. Had we known this we would of went else where. Lady did apologize for any unconvinced. The have a sign up that state this. This sign also state all patient will immediately be asked to wash hand entering the examination room. Also they claim to follow all cdc guidelines. Regarding and to covid to protect employees and patients. This is Not true here! As my husband came out I ask if he was ask to immediately wash his hands entering exam room. He said NO. He also said the MD or DR. Came in didn't wash her hands either. A nice lady overheard me asking my husband this and she worked there behind the glass and stuck her head out and said oh that's an old sign. Covid is not that old and that implied to me old sign so patients don't have to wash hands or Doctors when entering exam room. If old sign why could I not go be with my husband? Policy well your facility here didn't follow safety policy if this is your policy. If old sign a new one should be replaced. Very dissatisfied with how our visit went and that they didn't follow cdc guidelines. Well not go there again and if a Doctor don't even wash hands or staff they see patients all day and for sure spreading germs them self or covid. My advice take your love one elsewhere. Place was a joke covid is not!"
