"I have lived at Southwind Apartments now for three years approaching my fourth. Overall it's a good place to live but it has its problems as most places do. Sometimes it's parking sometimes it's just disturbing Neighbors I think that's about everywhere."

"Total trash, they are infested with bedbugs and it’s an ongoing issue. The landlord is crazy and will eventually get you thrown in jail, harass you and your visitors and she will wrongfully evicted you! If they paid me to live there and I was desperate I would never move back!"
"Rough.......very rough. Buildings have a terrible odor that permeates through everything. The buildings are poorly maintained. Lot of drug activity in the complex as well."
