"I get a call from someone there stating i have medicaid and they do not take medicaid. Well, I DONT HAVE MEDICAID I have Cigna but the woman apparently is completely incompetent because when I called Medicaid asking why I was still enrolled she said I can still keep Medicaisld as a back up but Noooooo, Lifestance has no clue. Thank god it was for my first appointment and I will Not be seeking another. Feel like I dodged a bullet. Whew. And just an FYI, I've never had a problem with any other doctor over this. Never. Update. That generic response above led to nothing. I got a call from the same woman who said they dont take medicaid explaining that Medicaid is my secondary and they accept my primary so thats why they cant see me. Ooookkkkkk that makes NO SENSE and i definitely dodged a bullet entrusting these people to my mental health."
