"Deputy Lt. Cook refused to identify while in uniform. He told a person filing to "Step back there" and the person video recording moved even further back than he was ordered. Deputy Lt. Cook then ordered a State Trooper to stop the person recording. He was told to get in his car and leave and if he doesn't he will be arrested. The State Trooper told him to hurry up because he wasn't fast enough. When the person recording said he had a bad back and he was moving fast enough he was to hurry up or else he'd be arrested. The person recording went to the Sherrifs office and asked to place a formal complaint against Deputy Lt. Cook to Deputy Captain Blackwood, Deputy Captain Blackwood took him back and said he saw the video that he recorded. Deputy Captain Blackwood said the Officer didn't do anything wrong and the person recording was told to move across the street, when the recorder said that didn't happen and he moved there by himself Deputy Captain Blackwood then told the recorded to leave or be arrested. Deputy Captain Blackwood demanded the recorder to leave a public establishment all the while explaining he didn't care if he was recording. Then Deputy Captain Blackwood told him that he would be arrested for not "get out". The person recording was actively recording to defend himself, this is unbecoming of an officer and professional and they should be ashamed."
"Got to experince the inside of this place first hand the other day for the first and last time ever. The investigator that arrested me was absolutely amazing treated me with respect even though I had a warrant (for a fta for the nosey people. Although he was nice the showers weren’t that nice I didn’t have a pillow or a cover and it was kinda cold in there! Crocs were a 10/10. Guy I was in a cell with was a -10/10 super angry and disrespectful as if he was in jail or something. I would give a 5 star rating but like I said the no pillow thing kind of got me. Hopefully never experince it again though. Thanks for reading have a great day/night"
"We had went there to get a friend out. She was supposed to be out in 12 hours she was walking out the door in 12 hours and 5 minutes. She said the staff in the Detention Center was very friendly to her and she even got Kool-Aid with her supper. Not that I was the one participating I was just picking you up at all in all I would say it went pretty well for everyone included"
"I have had three different which the Sheriff’s dept addressed; a break in, a suspicious vehicle and a concern about my 911 address. Each incident was handled immediately and with great courtesy. I was grateful for their kindness and really impressed with their response time. Thank you to them for serving the community."
"Car #80 Back off dude. Tail gating ( hating) for twenty miles is not Professional. Revising my Review. After a family emergency the two Officer who responded were of Great Help and very professional. Thank you Gentlemen."
