"I call Brownsburg IU to make an appointment with my family doctor, this is December 22,2023. I was told that the first available appointment with my doctor would be February 13, 2024. I asked if another Dr. Could see me before that date. I was scheduled and seen 2 weeks later, with a NP. Let that sink in, especially when IU repeatedly stating on their wall posters and on hold recording YOU'RE very important to us. If anyone believes they can substaniate this, they haven't a CLUE as to what Patient importance is."

"My primary physician never has openings for sick visits so we are forced to spend more money and wait longer at an urgent care. My two children also never can get into their pediatrician for sick visits and have go to urgent cares as well, one of them is an infant. Infants and toddlers should always be squeezed onto their pediatricians schedule when they are sick. This all makes me second guess using IU health. Sick visit slots should be included on a physicians schedule so they can accommodate when their patients need them most. Please make adjustments! I have tried to be fit on 10 times for myself,spouse, or child being sick and 10/10 times we have had to go to an urgent care and see a new physician. We might as well make the urgent care doctors our primary care physicians since they see us on a more regular basis."

"They have done an amazing job with our newborn. Provided additional support after hour with the on call nurses when needed. DO has been extremely helpful with my wife through post-labor. Highly recommended experience from the team that has been supporting us with the new addition to our family. Clean facility and nice staff up front. If a conflict comes up they are quick to reschedule the appointment in a timely manner."
