"After arriving at clinic for first visit on time, then struggled with parking getting wheelchair and disabled son with his machine and tubes into waiting room. Waited behind some one for at least 5 min. My son moaning and groaning in pain in waiting room. Was told I was late and they wouldnt see me. Told me to come back at three. No thank you. I see already the quality of care that was available."
