"I would not give Dr Buchanan a single star I wouldn’t even take my dog there!! I’m a patient of his and my mother goes there as well to see Brandy Blue for her thyroid level’s because she has had cancer. While I was seeing dr Buchanan for the first time I had my mom go with me and wow what a quack he is. He had took blood wanted to see in six months he tried to tell me nothing was wrong with me and my mother didn’t have cancer and put all this in my chart like I was lying to him. Now my mother might have cancer again and dr blue has no idea what they are going to do so she finally got a biopsy done and had to send it to another company called assure!! Her levels has been messed up for sometime now!! I have 4 nodules and 1 of them is a TR4 grade and is solid which is a big risk for cancer and wont even give me a biopsy to see what it is!! If I have cancer and he has not took me seriously I’m getting an attorney and filing malpractice. In the mean time I’m trying to find another doctor because Dr Buchanan has no clue what his is doing he needs to retire. He does not have any compassion for his patients nor does he care. If you are looking for a doctor I would advise you to get another endocrinologist!! Premier medical group is not the one!! I can go on and on but bottom line is he’s no good and as for my mom’s experience I see so far they are not a good group at all"

"The entire staff is very personable, professional, and attentive. They make you feel like you are a part of the family. Natali was extremely thorough and knowledgeable and did a great job! She took extra time to ask me lots of questions to make sure she understood what I was looking for and then she made her professional recommendations. Her follow up with me was like a rare jewel. As a patient I’ve been told many times to expect a follow up, but it rarely happens. My interactions with Shannon and Jennifer are always very friendly and personable as well, yet they are both consummate professionals.
