"I received excellent care from Dr. Daines when I broke my foot, and I would 100% go to him again if I ever had orthopedic issues with my feet or ankles again. He and the people in his office treated me with extremely well, and I would highly recommend him as a doctor. That being said, there needs to be something said about the medical records department. I completely understand that records take time to fill out and my conversations with the employees there have been pleasant, but when I got hurt, I was late turning in a form for my sick pay and almost didn't get it because the wait time for them to fill it out was around 10 days, and now I'm having to wait up to 10 business days for my return to work paperwork. For someone that lives paycheck to paycheck, that is extremely hard to work with. I hate leaving anything less than a 5 star review for the practice, but not having the paperwork that I've needed in time has made things extremely hard to take care of over the past 3 months."

"Very happy with the experience! The initial consultation, the diagnosis, the surgery itself, the follow up visits, and the occupational therapy visits. Everything went better than expected! Very knowledgeable and professional staff, I couldn’t be more happy with the entire process. I highly recommend Dr. Hamby, his staff and therapists."

"Dr Whitney was very professional and responsive to my acute need. He was courteous n patient to explain and answer all my questions. However, he did not do a physical exam of either complaint or ask about pain. No signs/symptoms asked."

"The place as a whole may be fine but there is absolutely nothing urgent about the urgent care. They give NO warning that you will wait for countless hours. My son and I waited almost 4 hours with zero communication that it would be that long. While he was in pain!!!!!!! I don't even understand why they have an urgent care when they obviously can't keep up with the number of patients. I would have went elsewhere had they informed me that it going to take several hours before we even get to see anyone.we could have left and went to another facility if they didn't have time for my son."

"They want me to review Dr Perry.I can not honestly say anything about this person as he never met with us. What I can say is his nurse practitioner Joy was AMAZING. She was very compassionate and knowledgeable. She not only heard me but listened to my daughter and her feelings/thoughts. I hope when we go back for a recheck we get to see Joy again."
