"I am completely happy with my experience there at the Urgent Care. Everyone was very helpful and fast. I will be recommending them and will not hesitate to go back in the future."
"I thought Micki went the extra mile with me. She ordered a chest X-ray which showed a problem that led to a 5-day hospital stay. Good call Micki. Thank you again!"
"I was very impressed with how quickly they saw my family member. His situation was much worse than I realized. If she had not saw him quickly and recommended he go to the emergency room, it could have been much much worse. I am very impressed that she sent us on and had my dads best interest in mind. Great service!!!!!"
"I was not happy with my visit. My urinalysis showed I had a little blood in my urine. They sent me home and told me if my fever spiked again to go to er the next day, instead of trying to find the cause of the blood. I ended up in the er the same night. I had a severe kidney infection."
"While she got to us fairly quickly, our whole visit lasting short of an hour which is rare for urgent care clinics, she spent no time asking questions about my pain to see what was wrong. I had mentioned that I had drainage and blood coming from my ear indicating that the eardrum had ruptured, I only know this because I have had the same symptoms diagnosed before. She expressed annoyance by my comment by closing her eyes for a long period and sighing loudly. She said my ear was too swollen to tell. I know the amount of blood I had coming from my ear is not normal for a simple ear infection, as I have had plenty. She wrote as my diagnosis, ear infection WITHOUT perforation and prescribed ear drops. Per family friends who are medical professionals, drops are not usually given for ruptured eardrums because in order for it to heal there can be no liquid entering the ear. Well, I used the drops as prescribed hoping for the best outcome. The drops caused excruciating pain to the point that even the Tylenol 3 with codeine given to me did nothing to touch the pain. The next day I tried it again and got the same result. After that, I stopped using the drops and have been healing quickly since with manageable pain and pressure. Word of advice, listen to the patient to get the whole story and error on the side of caution versus ignoring their concerns to get them in and out quickly."
